Team Up.
Business will get even easy if I have a team. We share business challenge and crack it together. But then the internal communications of team member become important. Because if a team member cannot communicate with other team member, the other challenge is come such as one or more of our team member will split up from my business. Even it maybe difficult, but gathering a team business is priceless, because it will make business go even faster, plus if there a challenge come in our business I can take priceless lesson from it, so Try to TEAM UP !
