Learning from every mistake you do

It’s happen when I was talking each other with my partner in business. My small business beginning to work abnormal, then I talked to my partner about it.

Me: ‘Hey, Hikari (not a real name : P ), do I made a mistakes in “driving” my business?”

Hikari: ‘Yeah, I think you make a mistake, Cacingkepanasan, one thing that you should do but you are not do it’.

‘What? What’s wrong? Didn't I have done a good job?’ I spoke to myself. I mad to what Hikari said to me. But then I said to myself ‘Wait, cakep, maybe Hikari right, just try to hear what Hikari said, and then if what Hikari said is true, then I have to do it’

Me: ‘Ok, what is this thing I should do?’

Hikari: ‘Hmm.. I think the most important one is you are careless to your partner. You have to be more caring to them. They are human too like you are. You have to treat your partner better, like giving your partner some cool water when he look thirsty or ask to your partner to rest when your partner looks tired’

Me: ‘Hmm.. Ok, I think I have being careless to my partner’. Of course it hard to me to accept that answer, but still, I have to accept it, cause I think it give me a new perspective of what should I do in uman relationship, that I can use in the future.

Well, can you learn from your mistakes, although It’s hard to accept it. Well, The choice is your. =)
